What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, postcode, email address (if asked), the service you need and any message. The review form also collects your town, your feedback and whether you give permission to publish it.

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Fonts and images load from this website, not from third parties.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, give you a price and arrange a visit. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who processes it

Forms are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms processes the form contents in order to deliver them to us. Web3Forms' privacy policy explains how it handles data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work, records are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, insurance and tax, normally six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
